One cannot make a definite prediction about the behavior of a system.

So what?

TO DREAM A NEW FORM IS TO GIVE BIRTH TO A NEW STATEMENT

Assumptions; efforts; drive into influential processes; lead to significant alterations. We should extend given borders, pull barriers down.

/2006/ Giorgos Kolliopoulos, a perfectionist and a true visionary, founds Speiron, which in ancient Greek means “to sow”.

Already having in mind an olive oil “like no other”, Giorgos takes a training course on the organoleptic assessment method of virgin olive oil (as it is implemented by the International Olive Council).

Along with the creative inspiration and unique skills of graphic designer Corinna Michaelidou, Speiron’s first product starts to emerge.

/2007/ Speiron presents λ /lambda/ ultra premium extra virgin olive oil, the most stunning olive oil in the world.

ΤO DETERMINE PURITY IS TO RESPECT NATURE'S VALUES

Longevity; prosperity; come as challenge to society’s values; evolve our momentary perception. We should respect nature’s gifts, reinvent purity.

λ /lambda/ is a rare extra virgin olive oil from Greece. This extremely-low acidity olive oil is made under the exclusive method of common pressing - the olives are pressed in a maximum of 10 hours after the picking – which produces a flavour of intense freshness and fruitiness.

This is why λ /lambda/ is considered one of the best olive oils in the world.

Therefore and in order to preserve it from oxidation, Speiron suggests a short-term consuming period after the opening of the bottle, the shortest possible.

λ /lambda/ is strictly available in limited quantities.

Liquid Gold

A literal example of “organic design”, because it comes from the earth and it is beautiful, the Lambda olive oil, produced in Greece by Speiron, is presented in this mouth-watering bottle. The liquid gold contained in this transparent bottle, punctuated by two precise circles, comes from Greece, known for its miraculous Olive trees. In order to retain its properties, the olive oil should be consumed quickly. But the bottle may be kept. Pure olive oil in a crystalline packaging. As if it was a cool perfume. This is differentiation.

Oil in a flask

Extra virgin olive oil usually comes in dozen of sorts, is bottled from thousand of long established producers, mostly in traditionally formed and labelled bottles. Giorgos Kolliopoulos, a Greek who started to produce olive oil in 2005, wanted to do it differently. His flask-like bottle is modern and could also beat a perfume or a premium vodka. For the Greek though it is not only the cover that matters - the content should be equal too. ...
